Title : The Toxicity of some Energy Drinks and its effects on Biochemical Parameters (Liver, Kidney and Lipid profile) of Mice
Abstract :

This study was conducted to investigate the adverse effect of Energy Drinks (Red Bull and C4) given to Mice in some blood and biochemical parameters which include lipids profile (HDL and LDL), Liver Function (AST, ALT, ALP, Bilirubin and Albumin), B. urea, Creatinine for kidney functions tests. The results indicated significant difference in biochemical parameters of Mice gavage by EDs (Red bull and C4); there was a significant increase (P < 0.05) in the levels of Aspartate amino Transferase (AST), Alanine amino Transferase (ALT), Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP), Bilirubin and Albumin in experimental group when compared with control group. Also it was showed a significant increase (P < 0.05) in the levels of serum creatinine and blood urea compared with control group. Finally, the results also showed a significant increase (P < 0.05) in the mean of Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) in experimental group when compared with control group. On other hand the results also showed a significant decrease (P < 0.05) in the mean of High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) in experimental group when compared with control group.

Title : Evaluation the Toxicity of some Energy Drinks and its potential effects on the Athletes in IRAQ
Abstract :

This study was conducted to investigate the adverse effect of Energy Drinks (Red Bull and C4) taken by athletes in some blood and biochemical parameters which include lipids profile (HDL and LDL), Liver Function (AST, ALT, ALP, Bilirubin and Albumin), B. urea, Creatinine for kidney functions tests andHbA1C, ECG. The results indicated significant difference in biochemical parameters of athletes used EDs; there was a significant (P < 0.05) in the levels of Aspartate amino Transferase (AST), Alanine amino Transferase (ALT), Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP), Bilirubin and Albumin in athletes consumed deferent type of energy drinks (Red bull and C4) in different period of time when compared with control group. Also it was showed a significant (P < 0.05) in the levels of serum creatinine and blood urea compared with control group. Finally, the results also showed a significant (P < 0.05) in the mean of Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) in experimental group when compared with control group. On other hand the results also showed a significant decrease (P < 0.05) in the mean of High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) in experimental group when compared with control group.

Title : Determination the chronic effect of narcotics (pseudoephedrine and Tramadol) on the liver and kidney of Mice by using Indico apparatus
Abstract :

This study was conducted to investigate the adverse effect of narcotic drugs (stimulants and depressor) used by addicts by take blood and biochemical parameters which include Liver Function (AST, ALT, ALP and Bilirubin ) also for kidney functions test that include urea and creatinine B. urea, Creatinine. The present study focused on a comparative investigation of the biochemical and histological effects of narcotic substances in vivo on albino mice Mus muscular Second part from study (84) Blood samples were collected from albino mice they exposure for different dose of pseudoephedrine and tramadol (low, Moderate and high) For 12 weeks (experiment group) under different temperatures. Twenty one (21) dosed tramadol under 40C and other 21 dosed tramadol under 10C.in another hand 21 of mice dosed pseudoephedrine under 40C and 21 dosed pseudoephedrine in 10C. (20) blood sample of mice who don't exposure for narcotics only distal water (control group).Ten (10) mice under 40c and 10 mice under 10C.The results indicated significant difference in biochemical parameters, there was a significant increase (P < 0.05) in the levels of Aspartate amino Transferase (AST), Alanine amino Transferase (ALT), Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) and Bilirubin in experimental group when compared with control group. Also it was showed a significant increase (P < 0.05) in the levels of serum creatinine and blood urea compared with control group.

Title : The effect of narcotics (Methamphetamine and Tramadol) on the liver and kidney of Iraqi addicts by using Indico apparatus
Abstract :

This study was conducted to investigate the adverse effect of narcotic drugs (stimulants and depressor) used by addicts by take blood and biochemical parameters which include Liver Function (AST, ALT, ALP and Bilirubin) also for kidney functions test that include urea and creatinine B. urea, Creatinine. One hundred (100) Blood sample were collected from addicts in iraqi prisons whose take drugs (experiment group), (50) blood sample of people who don't takenarcotics (controlgroup). The results indicated significant difference in biochemical parameters, there was a significant increase (P < 0.05) in the levels of Aspartate amino Transferase (AST), Alanine amino Transferase (ALT), Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP) and Bilirubin in experimental group when compared with control group. Also it was showed a significant increase (P < 0.05) in the levels of serum creatinine and blood urea compared with control group.
